Decayed Elegance

In it's day a fine 19th century claret and gold brocade over stuffed ladies arm chair.
Today the source of great intrigue and illusion, taking centre stage as a piece of decayed elegant art, that was much frowned upon by the vetting committee at The Great Antiques Fair in London.
The long stemmed blood red roses representing living beauty that also eventually fades.
Again frowned upon by said committee.
